the breakfast had hot, english options. the reception felt cute and efficient. i liked the cozy bed and the super clean room suited my needs. the room design looked well thought through despite being small.

great transfers friendly staff small room torn curtains

the location was very close to gatwick airport. i also booked parking and transfers, both were great. i found the staff lovely and friendly!!!

i was taken across the road to the chalets. the room i had was quite small, and there were rips in the curtains!!!

shuttle service quick transport excellent food heating adjustment shower adjustment

The shuttle service was really convenient. It ensured quick transport to the airport. The food was excellent, especially at breakfast. I was impressed.

The room's heating could not be adjusted. the shower in my room could not be adjusted. These issues did affect my comfort, I think.
